While we strive to serve customers nationwide, delivery to certain remote or high-risk locations may be limited or unavailable. We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders where delivery cannot reasonably or safely be completed.

4.2 Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery periods are provided as a guide only and begin after payment has been successfully verified and the order has been confirmed.

• Lagos: Approximately 24 to 48 hours.
• Outside Lagos: Approximately 24 to 72 hours, although delivery may take up to seven (7) business days depending on destination, logistics availability, weather conditions, or other operational factors.

WHAFIX SOLAR reserves the right to refuse or postpone any installation where our technicians determine that the proposed installation is unsafe, does not comply with accepted electrical standards, or may place people, property, or equipment at unreasonable risk.

4.7 Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the installation site is safe, accessible, and ready before the scheduled appointment. Customers shall provide accurate site information, unrestricted access to the installation area, and ensure that any required approvals or permissions have been obtained prior to installation.
