Whafix Solar partners with qualified distributors to expand access to solar appliances and energy solutions. This agreement defines the relationship, expectations, and operating principles for our distribution partners.

Distributors must meet our onboarding requirements, including business registration, market coverage, and a commitment to promote Whafix Solar products ethically and professionally.

Distributors are expected to manage stock responsibly, maintain product presentation standards, provide accurate customer advice, and handle warranty or return inquiries in cooperation with Whafix Solar.

Pricing and payment terms are governed by our distributor pricing schedule. Distributors must keep inventory records current, honor published prices, and remit payments according to agreed terms.

Use Whafix Solar branding, trademarks, and product information in accordance with our brand guidelines. Promotional materials must be accurate and not misleading to customers.

Whafix Solar may review or terminate the agreement if partner performance, compliance, or market conduct does not meet the required standards. We will provide notice and work to resolve any issues first.
