The Distributor Program is open to both individuals and legally registered businesses that are at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement.

Registration is completed online through the WHAFIX SOLAR website. After registration, an activation fee is required before distributor privileges become available. Applications may be rejected where false information, fraudulent activity, duplicate registrations, identity concerns, previous account bans, or other compliance issues are identified.

WHAFIX SOLAR reserves the right to review every application and may refuse or terminate participation where necessary to protect the integrity of the program.

After successfully creating your distributor account, you must pay the applicable ₦30,000 Distributor Activation Fee before your account becomes fully active.

Where payment is completed through Paystack, activation is generally performed automatically after successful payment confirmation. If another approved payment method is used, activation may occur after manual verification by WHAFIX SOLAR.

The activation fee is a one-time payment and is non-refundable once your distributor account has been activated successfully.

Commissions are earned when customers referred by a distributor successfully purchase eligible products from WHAFIX SOLAR and the order has been delivered successfully. Commission rates are determined solely by WHAFIX SOLAR and may vary between different products, promotions, or distributor levels.

Commissions remain pending while orders are being processed or delivered. Once an order is completed and satisfies all eligibility requirements, the commission is transferred to the distributor's available balance for withdrawal.

If an order is cancelled, refunded, rejected, or otherwise becomes ineligible under the Distributor Agreement, the associated commission may be reduced, reversed, or cancelled accordingly.

Distributors may request withdrawals at any time because there is currently no minimum withdrawal threshold. Approved payout requests are generally processed within 24 hours, excluding weekends, public holidays, banking delays, compliance reviews, or exceptional operational circumstances.

Payments are made directly to the distributor's registered bank account. Any applicable bank transfer charges may be deducted where required. Distributors can also monitor pending commissions, completed payouts, wallet balances, sales history, and withdrawal records through their distributor dashboard.

In addition to monetary commissions, distributors may earn WHAFIX Points (WP), which may be redeemable for cash, discount coupons, products, or other rewards depending on promotional campaigns and redemption options made available by WHAFIX SOLAR from time to time.

Yes. WHAFIX SOLAR allows distributors to introduce new distributors to the platform. When an eligible distributor joins through your referral and successfully activates their account, they become part of your referral network.

Whenever that referred distributor successfully completes eligible product sales, you may earn a 2% referral commission on qualifying sales without affecting the commission earned by the distributor who made the sale. For example, if your referred distributor earns an 8% commission on a qualifying order, you may earn an additional 2% referral commission based on the applicable commission structure.

Referral commissions are subject to the Distributor Agreement and may be adjusted, suspended, or withdrawn if fraudulent activity, cancelled orders, refunds, abuse of the referral system, or other violations are detected. WHAFIX SOLAR reserves the right to modify referral commission structures and eligibility requirements as the Distributor Program evolves.

Yes. Active distributors are encouraged to market WHAFIX SOLAR products through ethical and truthful advertising. You may promote products using your own social media pages, websites, blogs, YouTube channels, WhatsApp Business, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other legitimate marketing platforms.

Paid advertising is also permitted on approved advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and TikTok Ads. However, distributors must not impersonate WHAFIX SOLAR, publish misleading information, advertise false discounts, guarantee unrealistic performance, or make promises that differ from official WHAFIX SOLAR policies.

Distributors are not permitted to bid on or use protected brand keywords such as "WHAFIX", "WHAFIX SOLAR", or whafixsolar.com as advertising keywords where prohibited under the Distributor Agreement.

WHAFIX SOLAR remains the official seller of every product supplied through the Distributor Program. We are responsible for processing orders, confirming payments, packaging products, arranging delivery, coordinating installation where applicable, handling warranty claims, and providing after-sales support.

Distributors focus primarily on introducing customers, assisting with product selection, and helping customers place their orders. This allows distributors to earn commissions without maintaining inventory, employing installers, or managing logistics.

While distributors maintain the customer relationship for referral purposes, all sales contracts, warranties, installations, technical support, and product obligations remain the responsibility of WHAFIX SOLAR unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
